Rejuvenate Your Body by Detoxifying Your Body

We always feel tired very quickly, or we have pains that we don't understand. This can be a sign that we have too many toxins and metals in our body. Even though our body has its own very effective detoxification system, we are sometimes obliged to help it a little.

Although no current evidence supports the use of detox diets for removing toxins from your body, certain dietary changes and lifestyle practices may help reduce toxin load and support your body’s detoxification system.

That said, you can enhance your body’s natural detoxification system and improve your overall health by staying hydrated. Water does not only quench thirst, as most people think, the water regulates your body temperature, lubricates the joints, aids digestion and absorption of nutrients, and detoxifies your body by removing waste products

By increasing your water intake, your body reduces the secretion of the antidiuretic hormone and increases urination, eliminating more water and waste products. While it may sound counterintuitive, increasing your water intake is one of the best ways to eliminate excess water weight from consuming too much salt.

We don't always need to call a health professional if we can sometimes help ourselves for cheap.

Coming to the point that most of us forget, too, excessive salt intake can cause fluid retention in the body, especially if you have a disease that affects your kidneys or liver, or if you don't drink enough water. When you consumming too much salt and not enough water, your body releases an antidiuretic hormone that prevents you from urinating - and thus detoxifying.

This excessive accumulation of fluid can cause bloating. If you find yourself consuming too much salt, you can get rid of the extra weight of water. In short, consuming too much salt can increase water retention. You can get rid of excess water - and waste - by increasing your intake of water.

Then increasing your intake of potassium-rich foods - which counteract some of the effects of sodium - is also helpful. Potassium-rich foods include potatoes, squash, kidney beans, bananas and spinach.

For we must never forget that your body's cells must be continually repaired to function optimally and break down nutrients so that your body can use them as energy.

To help you we also offer a special therapy in our practice. Infratherapy acts as a detoxifier, since toxins are more easily expelled through perspiration created by increased blood flow. During this treatment up to 97% of heavy metals can be expelled in addition to alcohol, nicotine, sulphuric acid, sodium and cholesterol. Make an appointment for more information.
