Stress is often experienced as unpleasant on a daily basis because it regularly manifests itself in exhaustion, irritability or discouragement. Fighting stress becomes a priority for many of us. While stress is an essential reaction to our survival, it can quickly become harmful and have serious repercussions on health if it becomes chronic or cannot be controlled.
Finally, in order not to be overwhelmed and to fight effectively against bad stress, natural solutions exist such as walking, for example. Indeed, walking triggers the body to produce hormones called endorphins. These lead to a real feeling of well-being and serenity, even euphoria. This also forces you to concentrate on something other than your mental ruminations, your work or your domestic troubles. It allows you to have moments for yourself, outside the worries of everyday life, in order to approach them afterwards with more serenity and objectivity.
